To inquire about the availability of water service, please complete the New Service Inquiry form on this site and submit via email (to pam@rcwsc.com), or deliver it to our office. Inquiries about service availability must start with this form and cannot be accepted over the phone. Our response will be provided in 5-10 business days once all of your written information is received.
** Beginning January 1, 2021 there will be a New Service Inquiry Fee of $175 per property inquiry to provide any information about the location of water lines or for cost estimates related to establishing new service. This fee must be paid at the time of inquiry and prior to receiving any response from us. If the property address is found to be outside of our legal service area, the fee will be refunded. If the inquiry fee is paid by the property owner and leads to their new service activation, $175 will be credited to their new water account. **
