Bill Payment

Robertson County Water Supply Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers.  Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Keep in mind that bills are mailed by the 25th of each month and payment due date is the 15th.  We are not responsible for USPS mail delivery or payments in transit.  Paperless billing is now available.  Failure to receive a bill, whether delivered electronically or by regular mail, does not relieve the payment obligation.  Late fees are assessed for payments not received by the due date.  Please call our office (979) 828-4721 to make arrangements if you have a hardship.

YOUR WATER ACCOUNT NUMBER HAS CHANGED - customer account numbers are now 6 digits long.  The number 1 and zeros have been added to the beginning of your old account number.  For example, if your account number was 123, it is now 100123.  If it was 1234, it is now 101234.

Online Bill Payment 
To pay your bill online with a credit card, debit card, or e-check simply click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button and follow the prompts.  A convenience processing fee will be assessed by our payment processing company.  Robertson County WSC does not receive any portion of the convenience fees charged by a third-party payment processor. 

Pay By Phone or Text
Convenient and Secure!  Pay by phone with our toll free number (866) 993-0214 and follow the automated voice prompts.  At the end of the call you can enroll in Pay by Text for future payments.  A convenience processing fee will be assessed by our payment processing company.  Robertson County WSC does not receive any portion of the convenience fees charged by a third-party payment processor.  

Security & Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.

Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.  

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least ten business days before the due date specified on your bill.  

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill.  With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or transaction charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Bank Draft Authorization Form located in the Forms & Reports section and drop it off or mail it to our office.

Payment Drop-Off Locations

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, credit, debit cards, and money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays, and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.  There is a payment drop slot near our drive-thru window for convenience after normal business hours.  We also have a payment drop box located inside the Franklin Supermarket at the customer service booth.

Payment Through Your Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill.  Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service.  Be advised that some institutions hold all their customer checks intended for RCWSC and mail them to us in one packet right before the due date. This can lead to late fees, so please consult with your bank for more information.
